Course Description: This course prepares Nurse Educator students to design, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning strategies in nursing education. This theoretical course explores the foundations of teaching and learning, curriculum development, and assessment and evaluation methods essential for effective nursing education.

Students will work closely with mentors to refine their educational practices of curriculum development and evaluation in nursing education. Through theoretical and practical assignments, they will design effective curricula, develop assessment methods, and implement best practices, emphasizing continuous improvement and alignment with accreditation standards to enhance educational outcomes.
