Course Description: This course prepares Nurse Educator students to design, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning strategies in nursing education. This theoretical course explores the foundations of teaching and learning, curriculum development, and assessment and evaluation methods essential for effective nursing education.

Course Description: This course focuses on developing and evaluating nursing curricula that meet professional standards. Students will learn to conduct needs assessments, set learning objectives, organize content, and apply effective teaching strategies. The course emphasizes aligning curricula with healthcare trends and using evaluation methods to ensure continuous improvement. At the end, students will be able to design and assess effective nursing education programs.

Course Description: This practicum provides hands-on experience in nursing education, focusing on applying advanced teaching strategies and curriculum design skills in real-world settings. Students will work closely with mentors to refine their educational practices of curriculum development and evaluation in nursing education. Building on prior coursework, students will critically analyze and apply curriculum frameworks that meet diverse learners’ needs. Through theoretical and practical assignments, they will design effective curricula, develop assessment methods, and implement best practices, emphasizing continuous improvement and alignment with accreditation standards to enhance educational outcomes.
