Pre-requisites: MSN 5310 Strategic Health Policy Formulation and Advocacy in Nursing, MSN 5300 Theoretical Foundations in Advanced Nursing Practice, MSN 5210 Innovative Leadership Strategies in Nursing MSN 5200 Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Strategies, MSN 5130 Advanced Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Integration, MSN 5120 Strategic Clinical Decision-Making in Advanced Nursing, MSN 5110 Pathophysiology for Advanced Nursing, MSN 5100 Comprehensive Health Assessment for Advanced Practice, Successful completion of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and, Admission to the Bridge BSN to MSN program.

Course Description: This course focuses on developing executive leadership and systems management skills in healthcare. Students will explore strategic decision-making, organizational dynamics, and the integration of healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes. The course emphasizes leadership theories, quality management, financial acumen, and policy development. By the end, students will be equipped to lead healthcare organizations effectively and implement system-based solutions to complex challenges.
