Entrepreneurial strategies, startup planning, and venture capital. The course provides a comprehensive overview of entrepreneurial principles and practices. Students will explore the process of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, and venture creation. The course emphasizes the development of entrepreneurial skills, including creativity, innovation, and risk management.

Students will explore the financial aspects of entrepreneurship, including funding options, financial planning, and risk management. The course emphasizes the development of financial skills and knowledge to support entrepreneurial ventures.

Innovation principles, product development, and launch strategies.

This capstone course provides students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and skills acquired throughout the MBA program to a real-world business problem or opportunity. Students will work on a capstone project, Business Strategies, that demonstrates their ability to analyze, design, and implement business solutions.
